MOORHEAD, MN — The Maize, Knutson, Anderson Commons and the Korn Krib will be open normal hours starting Sunday.
This update comes after water pipes burst in Knutson around 8:10 p.m. on Friday, triggering alarms in Bishop Whipple and the Knutson Campus Center. Flooding ensued, and standing water plagued the lower level of Anderson Commons and the Maize.
The Moorhead Fire Department responded to the alarms, the Campus Entertainment Commission’s Thrift Dance was cancelled.
Campus security was unavailable for comment at 9:07 p.m on Friday.
Knutson Center hours for Saturday are from 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Bishop Whipple, Academy and Grose will be closed through Sunday, Feb. 3.
