You should focus on hitting the ball more than how you hit the ball. You need a strong head. It’s a really easy game to just get super mad at…but as soon as you start getting mad, you start doing horribly. It’s all about controlling your emotions because the ball is really little. You can hit it really hard but you don’t need to.
I’ve never injured anyone, but I’ve seen other
people injure themselves while playing pingpong. They hit themselves in the head with their
paddles, stuff like that. Just don’t be dumb.
Watch the ball. Hit the ball. Those are the two most
